Walsall Bekki has 2 different styles of classes:- Clubbercise A fantastic full body workout in the dark with Glow Sticks & Disco Lights, dance yourself fit to fantastic Sing Along Club Classics from the 90 s onwards. Exercising in a darkened room will help your inhibitions disappear and you will really let go and work harder than you ever believed you could. Zumba A fun Latin Inspired Dance Fitness Class, which will have you working up a sweat and feeling sexier than you ever have before. All classes burn 500 calories + per hour, dependent of your physical fitness, weight & age. Zumba Walsall Bekki was born back in 2010 and I have never looked back, in 2015 I decided my Fitness Family needed a new challenge and some more fun in there fitness.
